***Feb 9th Tuesday   &  Feb 11th Thursday 2-6pm “Readings with Brigitte”
A practicing Tibetan Buddhist, Brigitte has been reading cards for more than 20 years, taught
classes in Mind power, EFT, Energy Healing, how to connect with the universe to receive art and
music (composing and painting) and recently Qigong. She is very exact with her readings, gives
time frames and has an amazing accuracy in her predictions, not only taken from the cards but

***Feb 12th Friday 2-6pm “Readings with Denise”  With over 30 years studying Astrology, Tarot

*** Feb 13th  Saturdays 10-11:30am  "Hatha Yoga with Ana Maria" Hatha yoga is slow-paced
stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. This is a good
place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

vibrations in your lower chakras, as sound healer and master percussionist Jeff Deen guides you
through a meditation with drums. Low frequency tones have the power to unblock lower
frequency emotions stuck in your energetic and physical body and to assist in grounding your

***Feb 20th Sat.  7-9:30 pm “Group Reading w/ Amy ” Amy Utsman is a gifted psychic medium

from around the world.  Feel the deep vibrations of the drum take you deeper into the depths of
yourself, where you can confront, feel and release all that you do not need.  
Some of this meditation will be guided.  This journey will not involve the audience drumming;

***Feb 27th Sat. 1-3:00pm “Introduction to Sanskrit” Join Sri Raj Narayan Ji to learn
the art of Sanskrit and how it can deepen your meditation practice. Learn pronunciation of letters
and vowels and how to write them. Learn simple mantras and their meanings and get an
overview of Bhagvad Gita verses! This is a great class for all yoga students and is a level 1
Sanskrit Class. Come and enjoy this delightful guru and strengthen your skills!

*** Feb 28th  Sunday 10-11:30am  “Yoga with Wendy" Restorative and invigorating sequence to
bring health, vitality, and fresh oxygenated blood to each and every cell of the body.  It can be
done by most, regardless of age and level of flexibility.  The emphasis will be on tuning into the
body and the breath.  Using this opportunity to pay attention to how the body feels at the moment,
and to what it truly needs; becoming more mindful, so as to add or eliminate what will enhance
and promote a state of wellbeing.  You will learn patience and understanding, gain more
awareness of the moment, learn to slow down, especially at this very hectic time of the year, so
